Department Manager

Locations: Beijing/Harbin

Responsibilities：

1、 Manage team activities, including task assignments, performance evaluations, and supervision.

2、Oversee project development and execution, including project scope, planning, and quality control.

3、Translate customer requirements into product demands and manage change control.

4、Equity incentives available.

Basic Requirements:

1.Master’s degree in computer science, communication, or related fields.

2.5+ years of project management experience; RF or baseband experience preferred.

3.Experience managing engineering teams of 10+ members.

4.Expertise in data mining, analysis, high-speed data transmission, or big data projects is preferred.

Salary: 15K - 40K
