The PXIe-US35 (Source Measure Unit, SMU) offers the advantages of high power, high precision, and high speed. It employs a four-quadrant operation mode and supports direct DMA data streaming between the host computer and the unit, enabling the reading and writing of large waveforms and measurement data at the instrument's maximum update and sampling rates.This product features multiple configurable voltage and current output/measurement ranges, allowing flexible setup to maximize output and acquisition resolution according to application needs.The unit connects to a chassis via a PXIe interface for data acquisition and processing.
